Present: Pete Aguilar, Don Averill, Peter Barmack, Carole Beswick, Tom Brickley, Ken Coate, Ray Gonzalez, Richard Hart, Mark Kaenel, Ed Lasak, Neil Macready, Charlie Ng, Tom Nightingale, John Nolan, John Prentice, Kristine Scott, Paul Shimoff, and Phil Waller, AJ Wilson.
Announcements: 1) St. Bernardine Medical Center Foundation will host “A Gathering at Twilight” on March, 24, 2012. Special honoree is the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. 2) The details for both the State of the County and State of Education events are on our website. 3) Those traveling to Washington DC are reminded that we are staying at the Topaz, not the Madera. 4) The February 21 meeting with be a joint meeting with Monday Morning Group, with Inland Action hosting.
M/S/P: Minutes of the January 17, 2011 meeting Chairman Phil Waller opened a discussion of issues that will be the focus of Inland Action’s federal advocacy trip.
Each committee reported on work to date relating to their specific issues. The Transportation Committee has formalized their work, and the draft has been submitted. Other committees discussed their working plans and will be submitting their final documents at the next meeting, on January 31.
