On March 2, 2021 Inland Action met with Reggie Webb, Founder of the Webb Family Enterprises and Founder and Chairman of the Cooperative Economic Empowerment Movement (CEEM). CEEM is committed to closing the racial wealth gap by educating, investing in, and supporting African American entrepreneurs. Mr. Webb began his life as an entrepreneur in 1985 by purchasing two McDonald’s franchises in Pomona. Since those days he has been dedicated to providing access, opportunities, and resources for early-life entrepreneurs and to fostering an environment of success for his family, his employees, the African American community, and other communities of limited opportunity.
