On November 17, 2020 Inland Action met with former State Senator Bill Emmerson, currently serving as a member of the State’s Little Hoover Commission. The Commission is the nation’s only permanent, independent citizen’s commission working to improve state government with the goal of achieving “economy, efficiency and improved service” for Californians.
