On September 13, 2022 Inland Action met with Supervisor Dawn Rowe to discuss a proposed San Bernardino County Charter amendment to be on the November 2022 ballot. The amendment would rectify a previously approved Charter change that limited a County Supervisor’s term of office to one term, made the position part-time and reduced the salary to $60,000 a year. The proposed amendment would address these limitations and establish new requirements for raising taxes in County-governed Special Districts.
