On October 18, 2022 Inland Action met with Graham Bradner, Executive Director of the Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Authority (DCA). DCA is a joint powers authority created by the public water agencies in the State to assist with the development of new facilities to modernize the State Water Project. The work of DCA is intended to protect this vital infrastructure and its water supply by guarding against disruptions caused by sea level rise, climate change and seismic threats.
