On October 31, 2023 members of Inland Action met with Congressman Pete Aguilar, representing the 33rd Congressional District in San Bernardino County. Congressman Aguilar briefed members on the current work in the House of Representatives. Now that they have chosen a new Speaker they will move to address pressing issues such as the wars in Israel and Ukraine and related funding. Among the things he discussed were the efforts needed to identify Community Funding Projects in our region and the work underway to address the pressing need for a new Federal Court House for the Inland Empire.
