On January 14, 2025, Inland Action held its Annual Meeting. The Annual Report 2024, previously sent to members, was highlighted by outgoing Chair, Kevin Dyerly of the University of Redlands. Key highlights included membership growth and engagement; transition of leadership following the retirement of the CEO, President, and Administrative Assistant; planning for the upcoming retreat; and strategic plan review/development.
Kevin thanked the leadership of Inland Action for the past year and expressed his pleasure in leading the Inland Action Board over the past two years. He also expressed his confidence in the incoming slate of officers and new staff.
Lowell King, Immediate Past Chair, presented the slate of officers as developed by the Nominating Committee:

Newly elected Chair, Michael Rivera of Harvest, LLP thanked Kevin once more for his leadership as well as Lowell in chairing the Nominating Committee. Michael discussed initial goals for the coming year which will be explored more fully during our organizational retreat on February 1, 2025. The entire membership thanked Kevin for his past leadership as Board Chair and expressed support for Michael and the Executive Committee for the coming year as Inland Action continues to advocate for the well-being of the Inland Empire region of California.
