SUPPORT- 12/05/24 – Letter of Support for the Pacific Village Platinum Campus Expansion Project – Bond BHCIP Round 1: Launch Ready Application
DBH’s application to Round 1 of Bond BHCIP will further expand the Campus to feature:
- Two (2) new adult residential SUD treatment facilities totaling 32 beds offering cooccurring enhanced residential treatment, American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)
–levels 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5
The Campus will employ a “Housing First” approach, welcoming residents through the county’s
coordinated entry system and providing wrap-around services to foster whole-person wellness
and independent living. This includes on-site case management, behavioral health services, job
training, occupational therapy, and enrichment activities. The project’s collaborative design will
address root causes of homelessness, promote recovery, and ensure long-term housing stability.
