Dear Assemblyman Obernolte,
Inland Action is pleased to support AB 2341, legislation that would allow for up to five vacant judgeships to be reallocated to superior courts with fewer authorized judgeships than their judicial need.
This bill would provide for an equitable distribution of judgeships this is greatly needed. The dramatic judgeship deficits faced by San Bernardino County create an undue burden on our citizens. This action would be a powerful first step as we continue to urge the governor to fund vacant judicial positions.
