Inland Action member Ken Coate, of HUB International, appeared at the California Department of Water Resources scoping meeting on the Delta Conveyance Project. Mr. Coate commented on behalf of Inland Action, in favor of the project. The meeting, held at the State Building in Los Angeles On February 5, 2020, was one of several being held throughout the state.
