On September 22, 2020 Inland Action met with Husein Cumber, Chief Strategy Officer with Florida East Coast Strategies, which is planning to build high speed rail between Las Vegas, the high desert and Rancho Cucamonga to be know as XpressWest. FECS operates All Aboard Florida, the first privately owned, operated and maintained intercity passenger rail system in the U.S. The ExressWest terminal at Rancho Cucamonga, would be built in partnership with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority and Metrolink. This site would bring together high speed rail, Metrolink, and a possible project to Ontario International Airport.
