Announcements: 1) The meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 Breakfast Aboard BNSF Railway’s Business Cars will be held at 1685 Santa Fe Way, San Bernardino. Boarding time is 7:00 a.m. and will include a sit-down breakfast served at 7:30 a.m. The history of the train/cars will be discussed. You are encouraged to bring a guest and you must Rsvp for this event.

Mark Kaenel, Treasurer presented the year to date financials (Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual) ending September 30, 2018. All accounts are in line and major expenditures are behind us.
Ken Coate and Kristine Scott recused themselves.
Mark Kaenel presented proposed Bylaw changes discussed and recommended by the Executive Committee. The changes are regarding membership eligibility for local elected officials. Discussion ensued.
M/S/P: Section 2.03 Qualifications for Membership and Section 5.01 Number of Officers will be changed. Members that hold an elected office will complete the Inland Action Conflict Management Plan for Elected Officials.
Committees broke out into their respective groups.
