After retiring from McDonald’s Corporation as Vice President serving Southern California, Reggie began his life as an entrepreneur in 1985 by purchasing their first two McDonald’s franchises in Pomona. Since those days, he has been dedicated to providing access, opportunities, and resources for early-life entrepreneurs and to fostering an environment of success for his family, his employees, the African American community, and other communities of limited opportunity.
