In March, the San Bernardino City Council selected the team of Renaissance Downtowns USA and ICO Real Estate Group (RDICO) to act as Master Developers for the Carousel Mall in the city’s central corridor. RDICO has proposed converting the Carousel Mall site into a lively, walkable downtown hub with distinct districts and also wants to redevelop other downtown areas to create a comprehensive corridor. Join us to hear their vision for revitalizing downtown San Bernardino.
