Mark Kaenel, currently Inland Action Treasurer, has been an active and involved member serving as Chairman for an extended period and participating on varied groups.  The group discussed the Inland Action Emeritus Member status.  In recognition of meritorious or extraordinary service Mark Kaenel qualifies for this status.
M/S/P:  Effective March 2, 2020 Mark Kaenel will be invited to be an Emeritus Member.

Mark Kaenel will be welcome to join the advocacy trip in Washington, D.C. (March 9 through March 11, 2020) if authorized by Alta Pacific/Banner Bank.

The group discussed the annual 2.5% dues increase.  The by-laws state that a 6-month operating reserve should be kept.  It was agreed 2.5% annual increase is a good business practice.

The 2020 Proposed budget, previously distributed to the Executive Committee via e-mail by Treasurer Mark Kaenel, was discussed.

M/S/P: The 2020 Proposed Budget approved to go to the full membership for approval.

An overview of the remodeled Inland Action web site was presented.  Suggestions and comments were noted and sent to the web designers.  Member P.T. McEwen offered his staff to assist with photo sizing.  The group expressed positive feedback and are anxious for its launch.

West End meetings were discussed.  Attendance has dwindled but the group agreed that these meetings have value and should be continued.  Attendance and guests will be more strongly encouraged.
