Jay Obernolte won election to serve as Congressman in California’s 8th Congressional District in the November 2020 election. Inland Action has worked with Jay as he served in the California Assembly during the past six years. The 8th Congressional District has previously been represented by Paul Cook, who will be moving to serve on the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. The 8th District spans much of San Bernardino County’s high desert and parts of Mono and Inyo Counties, which is the largest and least densely populated Congressional district in California. Congressman Obernolte will be sharing his priorities and expectations for his coming term in Washington, D.C.
